25 km snowmobile ride

Dogsledding to the glacier on the sea ice in a protected UNESCO area

Returning to Ilulissat before 3.30.pm

The daytour starts in Ilulissat

We pick up at your hotel at 08.30 am

The first part of the daytour

The tour starts with a 25 km snowmobile ride which takes approximately 1 hour

The dogsledride

This is the same place where local fishermen start their day

From here, we take you on a dogsled ride to the front of the glacier

A dogsled ride on the sea ice to the front of the glacier takes approx 1 hour

The front of the glacier

We spend time in front of the glacier and enjoy a cup of coffee

Lunch included

On the return we'll enjoy lunch at Ilulissat Icefiord Lodge

The lodge with peaceful surroundings and a stunning view to the glacier

Returns

After lunch we bring you back to Ilulissat

We are back in Ilulissat city before 3.30 pm

Information om the snowmobileride

You have two options

You can be the driver of the snowmobile and will probably share the snowmobile 2 and 2

You have a guide with you all the way

Or

You can enjoy the ride as a passenger on the snowmobile

Please inform by email, if you are not able to drive the snowmobile by yourself

The day tour takes an average of 7 hours

You are back in town before 3.30pm (3.30pm)
